Kory is FranklinCovey’s vice president, global field development, and is a senior leadership consultant. She is a co-author of the #4 Wall Street Journal bestseller, The 5 Choices: The Path to Extraordinary Productivity, in addition to Project Management Essentials for the Unofficial Project Manager, and Presentation Advantage.
Prior to her current role, Kory served as FranklinCovey’s vice president, passholder services, drawing on her experience and background in operations and systems management. She helped to build the engagement process and implementation team to support the FranklinCovey All Access Pass®.
Kory’s current role focuses on ensuring the strong capabilities of FranklinCovey’s sales, implementation, and consulting teams to drive business development, passholder engagement, and customers for life.

Kory has over 25 years of business expertise from frontline positions to serving as an executive team member. She has a unique perspective on the application of FranklinCovey’s world-renowned content within organizations. Kory not only understands the strategy and principles necessary to build great leaders, systems, and winning cultures, but she also understands how FranklinCovey’s blended learning offerings deliver practical solutions that enable the behavior changes required for transformational results in organizations.
Prior to FranklinCovey, Kory spent six years as the executive vice president of worldwide operations for AlphaGraphics, Inc. She was responsible for the teams and projects that assisted franchisees in the startup of their business, staff development, and profitability. She led the implementation of ISO 9000 globally and managed the installation of the first company-wide global-learning system.
Kory has been featured on Inc.com and in its Productivity Playbook online series, on FastCompany.com, Forbes.com, and in Investor’s Business Daily. She has also appeared on NBC’s TODAY with Hoda Kotb.
Utah Business Magazine honored Kory as one of the Top 30 Business Women to Watch in Utah. Kory has also earned a Certificate of NeuroLeadership Foundations from the NeuroLeadership Institute, of which she is an ongoing member.
