Dr. James M. Wood has been with FranklinCovey for eight years. Dr. Wood helps apply specific actions and practices for realizing leadership and performance greatness. Before he came to FranklinCovey, his career spanned over 25 years with leadership experience in project management, software development, engineering, operations, and manufacturing organizations.

His leadership positions ranged from first-line supervisor to executive-level roles. He has been an adjunct professor in business at six different universities. He holds a doctorate in business administration along with a master’s in computer information systems and a second master’s in environmental policy/management. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a co-author of the book Project Management for the Unofficial Project Manager
