Les Kaschner loves the great clients, amazing content, and caring culture at FranklinCovey, and has been working with the company for 14 years. Before starting at FranklinCovey, he spent 30 years in different organizations with leadership roles in operations, sales, and corporate leadership. He has been able to work in the private and public sectors, as well as in a private, non- profit environment.

He as an undergraduate degree in communication and a master’s in counseling—he went to school to learn how to master talking and listening. All of Les’ awards are in a box in his garage. His children and grandchildren are his greatest rewards.
