Mark Phelps loves to provide people with the inspiration, skills, and tools to become better versions of themselves. Mark works across industries—in healthcare, finance, technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, government, and entertainment. Before he came to FranklinCovey, his career spanned eight different employers. Over the course of his varied career, he has designed leadership programs, led employee engagement consulting practices, managed large-scale public and private sector projects, and authored numerous white papers and articles on HR topics including employee engagement, 360 assessment, and leadership development. He has also served as a keynote presenter at national and international conferences and has been the lead presenter at over 150 L&D marketing events.

Mark earned his M.B.A. at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where his studies emphasized organizational development and strategic planning. He has a B.A. in mathematics at Carthage College.
