Sarah Bacerra is an inclusion strategist, accomplished facilitator, and learning experience designer, leveraging cutting-edge learning practices to build organizational cultures of curiosity, belonging, and innovation.

 

Sarah has had the privilege of working with some of the world’s leading organizations, supporting them by way of leadership program development and facilitation, executive coaching, and process design. Her experience spans the technology, government, media, hospitality, and non-profit sectors.

 

Going beyond traditional, superficial means, Sarah is laser focused on the intentional architecture of cultures and systems that move us towards achieving pay equity, gender parity, and racial justice.

 

Sarah is a Certified High Performance Coach, a Certified DISC Facilitator, and holds an MA in Organizational Management. She also serves on the Advisory Council for The Center for Respectful Leadership and is an Executive Board Member for Women’s March San Diego.
