Dr. Todd G. Wangsgard believes that people are powerful, and loves representing FranklinCovey because his position allows him to reach an audience of capable clients who want to better themselves and their purposes. Before coming to FranklinCovey, Todd served as the company training coordinator for Intermountain Healthcare, and the senior manager of training, communication, and leadership development at Orbital ATK. He also served the Boy Scouts of America for 10 years in various positions, including time as camp director.

He performed doctoral work in mentoring and coaching, helping to design proven practices for developing leaders, and is a published member of the Sigma Iota Epsilon professional management honor society. Todd has a bachelor’s in communication, a master’s in business administration, and a Ph.D. in leadership and organizational change.
