Coaching and Consulting Experience
Jen has more than 15 years of experience as an executive coach, consultant and group facilitator. In her coaching engagements, Jen specializes in interpersonal relationships, developing emerging leaders, influence and cultural fit. She is passionate about helping clients implement changes that lead to a maximum return on investment with long-term results. Jen has a unique capability of connecting the moment to the right context and overall purpose of the coaching engagement. She provides the appropriate setting and guidance, which empowers clients to be more authentically linked to their personal leadership vision. In Jen’s 10+ years at FranklinCovey, she has delivered hundreds of work-sessions in 7 Habits, Trust, Leadership, and organizational change. Some of her accomplishments at FranklinCovey include: creating and delivering a Coaching for Leaders program that resulted in the training of over 800 managers at various levels at for-profit and nonprofit organizations; and partnering with the Global Head of IT of a top consulting firm to create and deliver a custom program to spearhead a global organizational change.
Jen is skilled at working with a broad range of leaders, from executive management to managers. She works with clients representing a variety of industries such as technology, health care, insurance, advertising, hospitality, property management, investment, pharma/biotech, medical, consumer goods, retail, education, government, professional services, and senior housing.
Business and Organizational Leadership Experience
Jen has an extensive background in Human Resources and Organizational Development Management. She has held leadership positions at AIG (American International Group) and Benchmark Assisted Living. Throughout her career, she has consulted with executive, senior and mid-level management on recruitment, change management, succession planning and employee development. Jen has an objective approach of conducting field-based interventions, analyzing data, and making recommendations. She also has proven experience managing the human capital side of mergers and acquisitions.
Education and Certifications
Jen graduated cum laude with a B.A. from the University of Connecticut in Psychology and Sociology. She earned certification in Human Resources Management from Bentley University, certification in Professional Coaching from Cambridge College, and completed an ASTD certificate in Instructional Design. Jen is qualified to perform a variety of individual and organizational assessments including 360s, the Myers-Briggs and other assessments.
