With over 20 years of experience as a marketing leader in a variety of Fortune 500 companies, Cid brings a wealth of expertise in coaching and leadership development to the clients of Robert Gregory Partners. She is passionate about leveraging her results oriented attitude and real life experiences with clients who want to accelerate positive results and achieve goals. Cid takes a very hands‐on, pragmatic approach to coaching, focusing on measurable results and change with our clients.
Cid also has a special interest in the development, recruitment and retention of women. She served as an executive sponsor and a member of the steering committee of the Women’s Initiative Network at Cardinal Health, building a culture of diversity and inclusion. She is a member of Healthcare Business Women’s Association, The National Association of Professional Women and Institute for Women’s Leadership.
Business and Career Background
Cid has worked in business‐to‐consumer and business‐to‐business arenas. Her most recent corporate role was at Cardinal Health, a Fortune 50 wholesale pharmaceutical distributor and medical surgical supply manufacturer. She touched all aspects of marketing and led teams to improve customer intelligence capabilities, loyalty measures, design acute care segmentation to drive resource allocation and insights, create brand platforms and nurture a holistic aligned messaging effort. Cid received the Chairman’s Innovation Award and a RX Gold Award for best product website.
Prior to Cardinal Health, Cid led marketing and sales efforts for four industrial brands at Stanley Black & Decker. Under her direction, the first ecommerce site was launched, promoting professional automotive tools to a new channel of customers. She led and facilitated various customer forums and user groups, leveraging their insights for product and program development.
Cid’s marketing career began at Safelite Glass Corporation, an automotive replacement glass manufacturer and installer. Here she managed a multi‐million dollar yellow pages and outdoor advertising budget, point of sales initiatives for 500+ locations and national accounts campaigns to drive store sales. She developed the company annual strategic plans and created customer councils to deliver feedback to management.
Education and Certifications
Cid received a dual BSBA in Marketing and Transportation Logistics from The Ohio State University. She is certified as an Innermetrix Consultant and also received her coaching certification from Resource Associates Coaching Academy. Cid is credentialed to conduct and debrief DISC, IMX Values Index and the Innermetrix Attribute Index.
