Marie brings 20 years of experience in accelerating leadership and organizational development through executive coaching and consulting. She has always excelled at helping others to be their best.  A natural observer, Marie brings reflection, challenging questions and a deep understanding of how people grow and learn to her work with executive leaders.  

She leverages her expertise in assessment and executive coaching to help senior leaders (c-suite to directors) shine, and organizations thrive. Her clients are diverse, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to marquee non-profits.  Her experience spans across a variety of industries, such as Big Four professional services, banking, healthcare, technology and energy.  She has taught and coached at the graduate level and in executive education for Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and The University of Illinois Medical School, working with domestic and global executives.

Education and Certifications

 

Marie holds a doctorate in psychology from The Illinois School of Professional Psychology along with a certificate in Business Administration from The University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.  She is also a Phi Beta Kappa.  With significant experience administering and interpreting a wide range of personality and cognitive assessment tools, she has advanced certification in the Hogan tools and certifications in the Birkman and MRG’s LEA360.  She also earned the PCC coach credential from the ICF.
