Business and Career Background
Mark has a rich background developing and leading. Currently, Mark is Vice President, Talent Management & Diversity with McKesson Corporation. There, he leads the consolidation of talent management/HR resources to form an integrated talent management solutions delivery team supporting McKesson’s $45B distribution and corporate services businesses. He also has streamlined HR/Talent processes, reduced redundancy and generated cost savings. Prior to joining McKesson, Mark was the Senior Director of Learning and Development for Frito-Lay North America, a division of PepsiCo. There, he led “fix-it” efforts to deliver operational efficiency and $1MM+ of productivity and savings back to the business, enabling crucial investments in new technology and capability programs for 50,000 associates. Mark also led design efforts in businesses where talent development and learning solutions were redefined to meet the business growth and transformation initiatives across several industries including healthcare, technology, utilities, and consumer products and goods.
Education and Certifications
Mark received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from Baylor University. He holds multiple certifications, including MBTI I & II and Zenger Folkman Leadership 360. He is a Hogan Assessment Systems Certified Coach, a Certified Change Leader, and a Certified Instructor – Development Dimensions International (DDI). Additionally, Mark is a frequent keynote speaker for national and global talent management and diversity forums.
