Ralph Aufheimer is an executive with over 25 years business experience in helping leaders improve their leadership effectiveness during the never-ending times of organizational change. He has earned the trust of C-level executives and departmental managers across both small private companies and large public companies.

Ralph has consulted at Watson Wyatt in Chicago (now Willis Towers Watson), where he worked with senior HR professionals in designing plans for attracting, retaining, and developing their talent. And at Vistage International, an executive performance organization, he coached and facilitated strategic forums for entrepreneurial CEOs across many different industries and cultures. He founded Leadership Boot Camp in Phoenix, an experiential team building program for executives, functional leaders, managers and high potentials. Ralph is also a U.S. Army veteran.

 

Business Experience

Ralph’s corporate background includes line and staff positions in operations, sales management, and product development. He capped off his corporate career as General Manager with the Travelers Health Care Region in NYC where he worked primarily with Fortune 100 CFOs, CIOs and CHROs. Ralph has led teams during reorganizations and large scale change initiatives, and is often asked to advise clients on how to best adapt their leadership styles during these disruptive transitions.

 

Education and Certifications

Ralph holds a BA in Psychology and has completed Harvard University’s Leadership Development Program.  He is a certified Hudson Institute Master Executive Coach and is also certified in Marshall Goldsmith’s SCC program. Additionally, he is certified in MRG’s Leadership Effectiveness assessment and utilizes other brand assessments.
