Consulting and Leadership Development Experience 


Patricia brings to the Robert Gregory Partners team more than 20 years of successful experience in Leadership Development and Talent Management. She is experienced in equipping leaders with targeted approaches, techniques and tools to enhance their leadership. She does this by consulting with organizations and leaders to develop and facilitate leadership programs for all levels of leaders ranging from emerging leaders to seasoned executives.

 

The programs and toolkits that Patricia designs and implements equip leaders in the areas of: change and transition, new leader assimilation, performance management, succession management and team development. Using her strengths in instructional design and facilitation, she designs and leads workshops that support business outcomes and accelerate leader capability in areas including: understanding work styles, cultivating collaboration and becoming a talent multiplier.

 

Business Experience 


Patricia enjoys using her talent management experiences gleaned at Fortune 500 companies such as Starbucks Coffee Company, to shape the leadership landscape of the future. While working at Starbucks, Patricia designed a high potential leadership academy program, led multiple organizational design projects, led a team that managed talent management activities for the West Coast store development business unit and led elements of a portfolio of large projects including: executive immersion, sun setting performance management and succession planning.

 

Patricia’s consulting work has included many Fortune 500 clients in the Bio/Pharma, Energy, Technology and Financial Services industries. She has successfully worked with leaders holding titles such as Manager, Director, Vice President and Senior Vice President. She teaches undergraduate courses in Managing Teams and in Human Resources at University of Washington, Bothell and leadership courses for professionals at UCLA Extension. She is the author of a chapter on Empathy as a Vehicle to Authentic Leadership and Followership in Latin America in Authentic Leadership and Followership: International Perspectives.

 

Education and Certifications


Patricia earned her B.A. in Psychology from Cal State University, Fullerton and her M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. She is certified or authorized to administer the following instruments:
