Coaching and Consulting Experience

 

Todd Lancaster is a senior leadership, strategy and execution coach and consultant. He works with C-suite leaders and a wide variety of organizations, including Fortune 500 Companies, helping individuals and groups perform at high levels.

 

Todd’s major accomplishments center around leading, designing and driving strategic organizational change. His military leadership improved mission ready rates from 50% to 80% in one year, one of the highest rates in special operations at the time. In education, his strategic leadership and planning resulted in a 5-year improvement plan and more effective use of resources to improve curriculum development and delivery. As a corporate executive coach and consultant, Todd spearheaded a major execution initiative that resulted in 75% increased effectiveness organizational wide in a major leading software firm.

 

Business Experience

 

As faculty at the United States Marine Corps University, he taught graduate level leadership courses to senior military officers and civilian officials. He finished his career managing a $1.5 billion budget implementing worldwide Air Force policies and ensuring effective training ranges and airspace. Todd left the military to become a two-time superintendent of public-school districts and a high school principal in Colorado. Within three years as superintendent, Todd received the Colorado Association of Superintendents “Excellence in Education” Award.

 

After leaving education, Todd turned his talents, skills and education towards helping corporations, government agencies and school systems improve their collective leadership capacity, strategy thinking and development, culture and ability to execute on major initiatives. Working with individual C-level leaders, executive teams and entire organizations, Todd has facilitated meaningful and positive change in Fortune 500 companies, federal/state/local government agencies and higher education institutions.

 

Education and Certifications

 

Todd earned a bachelors in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy. He holds a masters in Educational Leadership and Curriculum Development from the University of West Florida and in Executive Leadership from Harvard University. Todd holds a Cognitive Coaching Certificate (CCC) and a Professional Coaching Certificate (PPC). He is also a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
