Dave Knapper has been with FranklinCovey for 28 years. He loves helping people challenge existing beliefs and create new paradigms that have a positive impact on their lives. Dave guides clients towards being more empathetic, as well as identifying the job to be done towards organizational goals and strategies. His diversity-centric work has helped clients become better able to include and engage with the differences of others to accomplish organizational missions. Dave earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a management major from Western Michigan University. He has received the FC Summit Award and is a five-time winner of the FC President’s Club Award.
