The 4DX® coaching playbook is designed around a set of topics that have proven to be the most valuable and impactful to our clients over the past decade. The content in the 4DX® coaching playbook is divided into two primary sections:
1. 4DX® Foundation Coaching
Topics that reinforce the basics of the 4 disciplines and are generally directed toward front line leaders, although they are valuable to leaders and teams at all levels.
2. 4DX® Senior Leader Coaching
Topics that are almost exclusively directed toward senior leaders, meaning leaders who lead one or more front-line leaders.
